Carmen Delgado
Carmen Delgado, a Real Estate Broker with La Rosa Realty Georgia, has been licensed in real estate for more than 18 years.
She studied in her hometown of Puerto Rico and achieved a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s in Economics. She initiated working in Commercial Real Estate in 2009 representing Landlords and Tenants. Then expanded to assist Buyers and Sellers in acquiring or selling the following CRE properties: Land, Offices, Retail, and Industrial. She has completed one of the CCIM courses and graduated from CRE Mastery Academy in August of 2021 among other training.

Pablo Fernandez is a licensed commercial real estate agent, with years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Pablo began his career on the residential side. After a few years, he became a real estate coach and eventually transferred to the commercial side. Joining La Rosa CRE back in 2018, Pablo specializes in retail, medical, and industrial properties and represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and Landlords in lease and sale transactions.
