Kenneth C. Mullen Jr.

Kenneth (Ken) Mullen is a SR Commercial Real Estate Agent with 7 years of experience.

Ken serves the Tampa Bay Area and brings a vast amount of experience from a variety of industries to assist in making buying and/or selling property a very positive experience. Ken spent 22 years as a construction (electrical) superintendent/owner of building medical, industrial, commercial, and civic centers. This experience gives the clients an advantage as Ken utilizes his keen understanding of the functional needs of prospective clients to aid in the decision process of locating space for their businesses. This experience also helps owners to target tenants and/or buyers for their properties based on its structure.

Additionally, Ken brings knowledge of the finance industry stemming from his previous employment at Chase Financial and his experience in the Insurance and Annuity industry where has held 215 (Health, Life, and Annuities) licenses.

Carmen Delgado

Carmen Delgado, a Real Estate Broker with La Rosa Realty Georgia, has been licensed in real estate for more than 18 years.

She studied in her hometown of Puerto Rico and achieved a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s in Economics. She initiated working in Commercial Real Estate in 2009 representing Landlords and Tenants. Then expanded to assist Buyers and Sellers in acquiring or selling the following CRE properties: Land, Offices, Retail, and Industrial. She has completed one of the CCIM courses and graduated from CRE Mastery Academy in August of 2021 among other training.

Pablo Fernandez

Pablo Fernandez is a licensed commercial real estate agent, with years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.

Pablo began his career on the residential side. After a few years, he became a real estate coach and eventually transferred to the commercial side. Joining La Rosa CRE back in 2018, Pablo specializes in retail, medical, and industrial properties and represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and Landlords in lease and sale transactions. As a Top Producer for the company for the past few years, Pablo is highly regarded for his strong negotiation skills, market insight, communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to obtain optimal deal terms for his clients in every transaction.
